Introduction
Toilet Tissue Rewinding Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material - jumbo roll is loaded by automatic pneumatic device, after full embossing or edge embossing, perforating, end cutting and tail glue spraying it becomes a log (small long roll). Toilet tissue rewinding machine work together with cutting machine and packing machine, and form the toilet tissue rolls we daily use. The whole producing line controlled by PLC, which is operated on touch screen. The process is easy handling, time saving, labor saving and economical.
Features
1. This toilet tissue rewinding machine is designed with PLC control system, fully automatic in production process at high speed. The finished rewinding process implements tight first and loose later and different stage loose degree, resolve paper and core apart in the long storage time.
2. Can automatically change the core, perforate, spray the glue and seal without stopping machine and also automatically higher and lower speed when exchanging core.
3. When change core, machine will be tight first and loose later to avoid dropping off the roll core.
4. Equipped with automatic alarm to indicate filling up of core pipe. Machine will automatically stop when there is no core pipe. Automatic alarm for paper breaking off.
5. Equipped separate tension control for each unwinding jumbo roll.
6. Is convenient to change core pipe.
7. Left 10-18mm paper remind after sealing of product for convenient use.
8. Jumbo roll stand is installed by pneumatic.
