Features

1. The main body is made of thick and heavy-duty steel plates that are welded after CNC cutting. The frame is stable, not easily deformed, and has little vibration.

2. The main drive adopts hard tooth surface full oil bath chain drive, which has low noise, low heat, high speed and large torque.

3. The main motor uses a vector high-torque frequency converter for speed regulation.

4. CNC synchronous chasing shearing system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screw and high-performance servo motor.

5. Equipped with pulse fixed length control and feedforward compensation function to ensure consistent cutting length under different host operating speeds.

6. Adopt imported PLC numerical control system control to accurately improve overall efficiency.

7. Equipped with a new type of operation panel and large-size color touch screen human-machine interface operation.

8. The integrated linkage device of the overall paper supply rack, glue supply and coating rack, and paper guide device increases the efficiency by 60%.
