Working Principle
1. Heating principle: high frequency electromagnetic field is generated inside the sealing machine, and the plastic bag mouth in the sealing area is heated to the melting point temperature through induction heating, so that the bag mouth is instantly melted and sealed.
2. Pneumatic principle: pneumatic sealing machine adopts pneumatic principle, through pressurizing gas pressure to heat the sealing mouth and press the plastic bag to seal.
3. Workflow: Put paper rolls or others into the bag and align the mouth of the bag with the sealing mouth. Start button is pressed, the motor begins to turn, and sealing mouth move up and down. The sealing mouth heat and put pressure on the mouth of the bag to glue the mouth of the bag.
4. Cooling system: Water cooling system can quickly cool the seal to ensure the quality of the seal. The upper and lower sealing mouth gradually close, and the sealing mouth is cooled by the cooling system to prevent the plastic from melting. When the sealing mouth touches the bottle, the electromagnetic induction coil generates a magnetic field, which causes high temperature around the bottle mouth and melts the plastic. At the meantime, the cooling water continues to flow through the sealing mouth, maintaining the right temperature, making the sealing more firm.
