Description
1. This toilet roll rewinding machine has three functions: embossing, perforating and rewinding.
2. Embossing device: steel roller to steel roller, steel roller to rubber roller, steel roller to wool roller. The embossing unit can emboss patterns on the tissue paper. Pattern can be customized.
3. Perforating: There are needles in this toilet roll rewinding machine. Perforating space is adjustable between 80-300mm.
4. Rewinding: This is the main and base function of the converting machine. By rewinding, small rolls are produced from raw material ( big tissue jumbo rolls).
